Changing CABAL ID or Nickname
Option for changing CABAL ID or Nickname is currently unavailable and our support staff will not be able to assist on this specific issue.
Changing Password
To update your password, please follow the steps below;
1. Go to CABAL Page [Link]
2. Enter your CABAL ID / PW to login
3. Go to Account Management > Change Pasword
4. Enter Old Password
5. Enter New Password
6. Click Save
Changing E-mail Address
To update your security question, please follow the steps below;
1. Go to CABAL Page [Link]
2. Enter your CABAL ID / PW to login
3. Go to Account Management > Change Security Q&A
4. Click Request Verification Code
5. Enter Verification Code
6. Select Security Question and enter answer
7. Click Save
Changing Security Question
To update your security question, please follow the steps below;
1. Go to CABAL Page [Link]
2. Enter your CABAL ID / PW to login
3. Go to Account Management > Change Security Q&A
4. Click Request Verification Code
5. Enter Verification Code
6. Select Security Question and enter answer
7. Click Save
Sub-Password Reset
To reset your sub-password, please follow the steps below;
1. Go to CABAL Page [Link]
2. Enter your CABAL ID / PW to login
3. Go to Account Management > Reset Sub-Password
4. Click Request Verification Code
5. Enter Verification Code
6. Click Reset
Closing Account
To close your account, please follow the steps below;
1. Go to CABAL Page [Link]
2. Enter your CABAL ID / PW to login
3. Go to Account Management > Close Account
4. Read Caution and check box if you want to proceed
5. Enter ID, PW, and verification code sent to your email for confirmation
6. Click Submit
7. If you would like to cancel account closure,
please click Cancel Account Closure within 7 days
How to recover your account
1. Recover ESTgames ID by entering registered email on Find Account Info page [Link]
2. Revocer password by entering ID and registered email on Find Account Info page [Link]
3. Check your registered email to recover your account information
A. For security reason, ID will be only shown partially
I did not receive verification e-mail
1. Check Check your spam folder and spam filter option
2. Empty out some of your e-mails if your e-mail account is full
3. Check email address that you typed when you created ESTgames account
Client Download & Installation
Please follow the steps below;
1. Uninstall and delete all CABAL client files and folders.
2. Go to CABAL Homepage -> Download
3. Click Download and install CABAL Client as administrator
4. After installation start CABAL Online by double-clicking cabal.exe
5. Receive update files on CABAL Launcher
6. Click Start button after the update

For additional issue,
1. Please check your Anti-Virus Software and Firewall, making sure CABAL Online is
permitted
2. Run Anti-Virus Software to check for any virus or malware on your computer
3. Temporarily disable proxy setting which may cause connection, installation,
or patching issues
A. Press Windows Key + R
B. Type inetcpl.cpl into the Run window
C. Click OK
D. Click the Connections tab
E. Select Never dial a connection (if available)
F. Click LAN settings
G. Uncheck Use a proxy server for your LAN. If this setting is already unchecked,
try to toggle Automatically detect settings
H. Click OK
4. Make sure internet browser and Adobe Flash Player are up to date
5. Check virtual memory size when selecting Install for downloading client instead of Save
A. Start -> right-click Computer
B. Properties -> Advanced systems settings
C. On Advanced tab under Performance -> Settings -> Advanced tab -> Virtual Memory -> Change
D. On Paging file size for selected drive -> Custome size
E. Set Initial size(MB): 2048 / Maximum size(MB): 3072 -> click OK
Updating Drivers & Operating System
Please update your drivers and opearing system with latest update to avoid any possible
technical issues
1. How to check your graphic card drivers
A. Press Windows + R
B. Type DxDiag and click OK
C. After the DirectX Diagnostic Tool loads, click the Display tab
D. Video card's name, manufacturer, and current driver version are listed in the Device
section

2. How to update your graphics card drivers
A. AMD / ATI Driver Download [Link]
B. Nvidia Driver Download [Link]
C. Intel Driver Download [Link]

3. How to update your operating system
A. Click Start button -> All Programs -> Windows Update
B. Click 'Check for updates' for the latest updates for your computer
C. Select updates to install, and then click OK
D. Click Install updates
E. You may need to restart your computer to complete the update
Game Crash & Blue/Black Screen
1. Check latest updates on operating system and drivers
2. Close any running background applications that may interfere with CABAL Online
3. Check for overheating components
A. Clean dust from your computer fans and vents
B. Close any unnecessary applications and processes
C. Lower ingame video settings
4. Check for hard disk error by running Check Disk and defragment hard drive and repair
any bad sectors
A. Start -> Computer
B. Right-click hard drive -> Properties
C. Select Tools tab -> Error-checking
D. Click Check Now
E. Select Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors and Automatically fix file system
error
F. Select Yes and restart your computer to run the scan
5. Run memory scan to check if computers' physical memory is normal
A. Control Panel -> search for Diagnose Memory
B. Select Diagnose Your Computers Memory Problems
C. Choose Restart now and check for problems (recommended)
D. After the reboot, press F1 to stop the basic test and move to Options screen
E. Use the down arrow to select Extended and press F10
F. When Memory Diagnostic Tool completes, check for any errors reported
G. Press Esc to exit the tool and boot into Windows
6. Check monitor screen resolution
A. Start -> Control Panel -> Appearance and Personalization -> Adjust screen resolution
B. Check drop-downlist from Resolution and click Apply
C. Click Keep to use the new resolution or click Rever to go back to the prenious resolution
Client Update
1. Clear your web browser caches and cookies
A. Tools / Settings -> Internet Options
B. Delete cookes, caches, and files on Temp. Internet files
C. Reboot computer
2. Check your internet connection stability
3. Turn off any applications and programs
4. Turn off your firewall and anti-virus
5. Download and install the CABAL Client
6. Run as administrator
Do I need ESTgames account?
You will be able to transfer your account after checking credentials such as ID, password, e-mail address, and others on Transfer Page [Link]
Merging with other services?
CABAL Global Service will not be merging with NA/BR/EU service, but Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam players will be joing together as one service
How to play?
You will require to download a new client to play [Link]
How to transfer my account?
To transfer your account, please follow the steps below;

1. Go to Transfer Page [Link]
2. Login with ESTgames ID & Password
A. You will need ESTgames account to transfer your account
B. To register, please go to CABAL Page [Link]
3. Select your previous service and enter ID/PW for verification
A. For KREON players, please enter ID/Sub-PW for verification
B. If you did not set Sub-PW previously, please enter character information for verification
4. Click Request Verification Code button and verification code will be sent to your email address registered with previous account
5. Enter Verification Code and click Submit
6. Review Account information that will be transferred and click OK
7. Welcome to CABAL Global Service and login with new ESTgames ID & PW to enjoy CABAL Online!
I did not know I could transfer my previous account and created new characters. Can I still transfer my previous account?
If you already created new characters and wish to transfer your previous account, delete all new characters on your account and proceed with account transfer.

Once account transfer is complete, Management Team will not reverse the process.
So please be absolutely sure that you want to transfer previous account when you already have new characters on your account.
